Ms. Ramya Murugan is a passionate edupreneur who believes that “Every child already possesses all the knowledge they need. It is the responsibility of the educator to nurture and develop those skills.” She holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering. She has completed the Strategic Leadership for Schools Program from IIM Ahmedabad .She pursued User Experience Design concurrently with her undergraduate studies and later spent a significant amount of time working in the IT industry in that domain. She utilized her time extensively throughout these years learning Design Thinking, Emotional Design, and Human Computer Interaction. 

 

Her vast exposure, learning, and experiences throughout these pivotal years equipped her with the skills necessary to adapt to a wide range of educational, social, and cultural settings. She is committed towards building an environment of trust and open communication at work, knowing that doing so will facilitate the ability to create an organisation that is valuable, effective, and productive.

 

She has taken part in numerous workshops and courses in the educational field. In terms of the many pedagogies, such as the Montessori, Waldorf, Reggio Emilia approaches and Howard Gardner’s philosophies, she has amassed a wealth of expertise in the field of Early Childhood Care and Education. She also took part in an International Study Group to examine the Reggio Emilia approach in more detail and discover ways to incorporate it into the curriculum. With the knowledge she has acquired, she aims to transform and enhance early childhood education, turning it into a fun and exploratory learning experience that kids will look forward to every day.

Ms.Rithika Murugan is a staunch believer that education creates new doorways to creativity, innovation and empowerment.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from M S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Throughout her undergraduate studies, she participated in a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives and also enjoys freelancing in digital marketing. She took part in an international study group to learn more about the Reggio Emilia pedagogy to expand her wisdom on Early Childhood Care and Education.

 

Rithika is trained in a variety of dance styles including Odissi and freestyle. She feels that creativity is the key to success after taking on various leadership responsibilities in college.

Her ambition is to be able to come up with ground-breaking concepts for the kids to fall in love with the process of learning.

Mr.Murugan Munirathnam is a visionary and reformer who has dedicated himself to education and philanthropy.

He is a first generation entrepreneur who began his career as a businessman at the age of 17 in the industrial sector. He later branched out to other hospitality companies.

 

Along with his wife, Mrs.Manjula Murugan, he founded Amara Vidya Niketan in 2013. The school offers all students a high-quality affordable education.

Innovative School of Excellence was established in 2019 under his leadership. In addition to offering pupils a top-notch education, the school strives to promote their overall development.

In 2022, Sunrise English School came under the management of Innovative School of Excellence.
